Terms of Use

The following terms apply to the use of the markolomester.com website operated by Markoló Mester Kft. By using the website, the user accepts these terms.

In force from 23 August 2026.

1. Introduction

These terms apply to the use of the website operated by Markoló Mester Kft. (“the Service Provider”). The purpose of the website is to provide information about the Service Provider’s earthworks services. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the content, availability or operation of the website at any time.

2. The information on the website is indicative

The descriptions, prices, deadlines and other information published on the website are provided for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Hungarian Civil Code. The content, fee and conditions of the actual service are set out in every case in the individual agreement concluded between the parties. The Service Provider supplies its services with a machine and its own qualified operator; the prices shown on the website form the basis for quotations, but the final price may differ depending on the nature and location of the work.

3. Conditions of use

By using the website, the user undertakes to do so lawfully and in compliance with the applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation. Any activity that obstructs the operation of the website, carries out automated data collection, or attempts unauthorised access is prohibited.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

The texts, images, videos, logos, graphic elements and source code on the website are the property of Markoló Mester Kft. or its partners. Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing or using them in any form is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

5. Contacting us and sending messages

The forms, e-mail address and WhatsApp contact available on the website are intended solely for making contact and requesting quotations. A message sent in this way does not in itself create a contract and does not constitute a booking. An order becomes final when the Service Provider confirms it in writing. The user undertakes to provide genuine contact details.

6. Links to third parties

The website may contain links to other websites. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for the content of those sites, their data processing practices, or the services provided there. The use of such sites is entirely at the user’s own risk.

7. Data protection and cookies

The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the applicable GDPR and Hungarian data protection legislation. Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The website and its content are made available on an “as is” basis. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure error-free operation and the accuracy of the information published, but accepts no liability for damage arising from technical faults, outages or inaccuracies. This section concerns liability connected with the use of the website; liability for the work actually carried out by the Service Provider is governed by the individual agreement relating to that assignment. The limitation set out in this section does not affect the rights to which consumers are entitled under mandatory provisions of law.

9. Amendments and force majeure

The Service Provider is entitled to amend these Terms of Use at any time; amendments take effect when they are published on the website. The Service Provider is not liable for events that occur for reasons beyond its control and that could not be prevented (for example war, natural disaster, loss of internet access, or a prolonged power cut).

10. Photographs and recordings for marketing purposes

The Service Provider is entitled to take photographs and videos of the work carried out and to use them for marketing and reference purposes, including on the website and on social media. Where identifiable individuals appear in such material, the Service Provider will request separate consent in advance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a legal dispute the parties stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the Monor District Court, with the exception of consumer disputes, for which the law provides otherwise.
