2. Purpose, data and retention period

The legal basis for our processing:
Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or your consent where the enquiry is not a request for a quotation.

Retention period:
We keep the data for 18 months after the enquiry is closed, and then delete them.

  • Tax number or tax identification number, where required for invoicing

We keep accounting documents for 8 years, as required by Act C of 2000 on Accounting.

3. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data and do not pass them to third parties for marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following cases:
